Meet Randy

Broker, CDRS, CDPE, CSSBR

Randy knows Seattle. For 20 years, he has represented buyers and sellers of residential, investment, and multi-family property, leveraging his extensive experience as a Washington native and real estate professional to identify properties with investment potential and the special qualities that make a house a home. Randy lives on Mercer Island, which is at the same time located in the heart of Seattle and a world apart, and he has valuable knowledge of the island's uniquely beautiful neighborhoods.

Whether you're looking for the home of your dreams on a tree-lined street near some of the nation's best schools or you're a young professional looking for big-city excitement or you're positioned to invest in our expanding market, Randy is part of a connected, region-wide team of real estate professionals that is routinely rated among the best in the nation for sales. The Mercer Island team gives you the specialized knowledge only available from local experts.

Randy and his team work together to help you find the address where you'll be happy to laugh, love, and thrive for many years to come. He also understands you'll be his neighbor, so he works to build a lasting relationship with you.

Randy was raised in a small farming town outside Seattle in the Black Diamond/Enumclaw area. After college and a short-lived baseball career cut short by injury, he moved into Seattle's trendy Belltown, then Capitol Hill. Because he has lived in virtually every type of community in the Greater Seattle Area, he understands what professionals are looking for when adapting to a work-from-home lifestyle, whether staying in the city or relocating to a smaller community.

He began his real estate career in relocation, working with large companies and some of the world's best-known brand names to find housing for executives moving into the Seattle area. He transitioned into multi-family property and, over the next 11 years, was responsible for handling nearly 1,500 BPOs (broker priced opinions), which is how financial institutions base valuations. Over time, he developed an expertise in investment properties. He also helped place over 2000 rental tenants in a four-year period, working with a team of four brokers.

Purchasing an investment property is often about racing competitors to the offer, so having Randy's extensive familiarity with the huge tri-county region's trends, available properties and data-driven understanding of the rapidly changing market on your side can make all the difference – whether you're buying or putting your existing property on the market.

When you partner with Randy, you get the advantages of his investor's perspective, research-based assessments, and the insights of a local resident.
